Position: Account Executive (AE)

Description:

Hipskind TSG is a well established IT Server, Storage, VMware, and IT Security Company in Hinsdale IL. We are seeking Account Executives in the Chicago, Indianapolis & Milwaukee area.

The AE position represents the primary customer facing sales function that drives revenue and manages the customer relationship.

The AE communicates and sells our IT Solutions to Enterprises who rely on technology.

We primarily sell and integrate iSCSI SANs, Servers, VMware Software, and Juniper Network Equipment.

Responsibilities:

Building new customer accounts.
Development and implementation of sales strategies.
Calling on customers.
Present new concepts, solutions and products to prospects to build a loyal customer base.

Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess:

2+ years of proven sales experience in the high-tech industry required, preferably in the data storage +/or Virtualization industry.
Must have experience in consultative, solutions selling approach, and proven experience managing a complex sales cycle and selling to multiple levels within large organizations.
Must excel at relationship management and extensive follow-up with prospects and customers.
Must also possess a demonstrated sales track record in a competitive environment.
Ability to qualify opportunities, obtain customer commitments, negotiate and close contracts.
Must have strong local contact relationships and maintain a professional presence.
Must possess strong verbal and written communications, be adept in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
BS Degree in business or commensurate career experience.

Engineering:

Position: Senior Network Solutions Architect

Description:

At Hipskind Technology Solutions Group (Hipskind TSG) as we expand our sales teams in 2010 we are actively looking for a Senior Network Solutions Architect.

Candidates will need to adapt to varied client environments, with responsibilities ranging from:

Providing pre/post sales support.
Performing network readiness assessments.
Development of network solution designs.
Implementation/integration services as well as developing our network solution offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work with clients and sales teams to identify business and technical requirements.
Develop network strategies and architectures.
Perform network readiness assessments.
Develop network designs based on the latest advanced technologies.
Implement & support network solutions for clients based on industry best practices.
Provide knowledge transfer and detailed design/operational documentation to clients.
Provide quality assurance documentation review and peer review on projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum of four years of related network design / implementation experience.
Cisco/Juniper Hardware & Software
Minimum of three years of related network administration and support.
Minimum of three years of related experience in network environments, including network engineering (hardware and software), network security practices and designing, planning and implementing LANs and WANs.
Minimum of three years of relevant network consulting experience while working in Cisco/Juniper VAR channel.
Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills are required.
Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills are required.
Active Cisco/Juniper certifications or equivalent experience are required.
Active Cisco/Juniper Voice Specializations are desired.

Position: Solutions Consultant

Description:

Solutions Consultants at Hipskind TSG are responsible for liaising with Account Executives to develop account-winning strategies and to provide needed product sales support to successfully close business.

Solutions Consultants work with Account Executives to research and understand the needs of the customer and define the overall technical and business solution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support Pre/Post Sales activities of Account Executives.
Implementation and Integration support for Server, Storage and Virtualization solutions.
This person will prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations.
This person will be responsible to answer in-depth customer questions and inquiries.
Solutions consultants will combine a deep understanding of business issues and all product offerings to define solutions that provide key business value.

Desired Qualifications:

VMware Certified Professional.
Proficient with Storage Area Networks.
Good grasp of Storage and Server Technologies.
Proven success presenting technologies as business solutions.
Proven success selling into complex sales environments with both business and technical buyer.
Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills are required.

Administrative Skills:

Able to create effective presentations and Statements of Work in time constrained environment.
Able to organize and prioritize work in a multi-tasking environment.
Able to Project Manage self and others.
